This entitles you to a one hour personal training session. Before purchasing, make sure that you have had a full gym induction and have checked with us that there is an available slot with a trainer. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know 24 hours or more in advance of your session so that we can reschedule. Failure to do so will mean that we are on unable to reschedule or refund you.
