We offer free consultations at our gym in Newcastle.

During your consultation, you will fill out some paper work and be given a guided tour of the gym by Drew our founder. The consultation will consist of the following:

​

1. A readiness to exercise questionnaire. Please bring a list of your medication for this part, if you take any.

2. A general tour of the facility

3. A detailed tour and explanation of how to use each piece of equipment.

4. A short fitness test and optional bodyweight test (so please be ready to exercise)

5. We will go over your SMART goals

6. At the end of your consultation, both parties will go away and decide if Gym Possible is going to be a good fit for you.
